The Palmeraie of Tinghir is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The area is completely manmade, but in the sense that it is perfect harmony of nature and people. The people of Tinghir use the fertile valley for farming, using a complex series of aqueducts to funnel water to all areas of the Palmeraie. The valley is full of date palms, with other crops grown beneath these giving trees.
