Out of nowhere, the clouds above dropped a torrent of rain down upon the streets of Amalfi. I ducked into a cafe to find shelter from the quick downpour that is common on the coast in the Italian spring season. While enjoying the sound of the rain and a cappuccino, I snapped this photo of the deluge. The water spouting off of the awning and the splashing of the raindrops on the road capture the beauty of the moment.
