The mountain village of Aroumd is nestled on a cliffside in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains in the Ait Mizane Valley. While exploring the precipitous streets, the ruined buildings told the story of the devastating earthquake that rocked the region a few months before. Exploring between the rubble, I turned a corner captured a precious moment.
