I was sipping a mint tea in the late morning, writing my journal at a cafe in the main medina. The smell of fish lingered in the air from the fresh fish caught off the coast and sold in the market everyday. I snapped this snapshot of everyday life in the coastal surf town of Essaouira as a man was buying meat for that day's meal.
