One of my favorite things to do in any city I visit is to go to the local market. The famous Kariakoo market in Dar es Salaam did not disappoint with its livliness. Taking up dozens of blocks, the market was packed with people, trucks, and animals. On a particularly busy section of market covered from the hot sun, I snapped this photo of the beautiful chaos.
